Serve as primary relationship owner for enterprise accounts to drive retention, product adoption, ROI, and expansion. Deliver data-driven analysis in the Vidmob platform, lead strategic account plans and business reviews, mitigate risk, support renewals and upsells, and coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure customer success and operational excellence.

Lead architecture and delivery of scalable data platforms and pipelines to support analytics, ML/AI products, reporting, integrations, and customer-facing data products. Productionize model outputs, enable LLM/VLM workflows, enforce data standards, ensure observability and data quality, and partner with Data Science to turn experiments into reliable production capabilities.

Own end-to-end relationships for enterprise accounts, drive retention and expansion, maximize product adoption and ROI, deliver data-driven insights, lead business reviews, monitor account health, negotiate renewals, and coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure customer success.
