Manage post-sale relationships with independent agency clients, drive performance and retention, deliver strategic insights, identify growth opportunities, coordinate with Sales/AdOps/Product, and represent customer feedback to improve VideoAmp products.

Lead strategic relationships across enterprise accounts, drive 10%+ YoY revenue growth through expansion and renewals, manage escalations, execute tailored go-to-market and enablement programs, and serve as primary client proxy to senior stakeholders.

Lead strategic relationships with digital publisher partners (Amazon, Snap, Meta, Yahoo), translate VideoAmp measurement into client value, manage and optimize programmatic campaigns, coordinate cross-functionally to drive KPIs, and ensure high-quality account delivery and expansion across VideoAmp’s platform.

Lead technical onboarding, API and data integrations, and ongoing support for clients. Troubleshoot platform and data issues, monitor performance, collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and data science, and maintain documentation and best practices to ensure successful client outcomes.
