Teams at Victory Junction Gang Camp, Inc.

Paid barn program internship supporting daily care of horses and other animals, including cleaning, feeding, grooming, tacking, safe handling, and therapeutic riding activities. The intern will lead horses, side-walk during riding sessions, assist with petting zoo programming, follow barn safety procedures, and help maintain a positive environment for campers, staff, volunteers, and animals. Housing and meals are provided during programming.

Support and implement a comprehensive donor stewardship program that strengthens donor relationships, produces impact reports, manages recognition and events, maintains CRM records, and collaborates across departments to engage and retain supporters.

Manage barn operations and support therapeutic riding program: animal care, maintenance, volunteer recruitment and orientation, safety enforcement, riding/lesson support, and coordination with program staff for camp events and programs.
