Provides employee relations and HR operational support across multiple ministry entities. Advises employees and supervisors on performance, corrective action, policies, investigations, and workplace concerns. Manages employee lifecycle transactions, HRIS updates, terminations, documentation, audits, compliance activities, unemployment claims, workers’ compensation, leave processes, and payroll-related changes. Partners with HR colleagues and escalates complex or high-risk matters to the HR Director.

Supports academic teachers by supervising, guiding, and interacting with children in a safe, nurturing education environment. Assists with curriculum activities, supplies, communication with families and staff, mealtimes, rest periods, restroom supervision, housekeeping, and child welfare. This temporary, grant-funded role requires effective communication, emotional stability, physical ability to care for children, and a high school diploma or GED.

The VCS Substitute Teacher manages classroom activities, ensures student safety, implements lesson plans, and maintains discipline while teachers are absent.

Patrol and secure premises, monitor surveillance, inspect access points, respond to emergencies, complete incident reports, enforce regulations, provide first aid/CPR, and deliver customer service while supporting ministry policies.

Part-time student position supporting college operations: office support (phones, filing, mail, emails), class monitoring and A/V assistance, attendance data entry, event and project support, enforcing Honor Code, and maintaining confidentiality.
