The VCS Substitute Teacher manages classroom activities, ensures student safety, implements lesson plans, and maintains discipline while teachers are absent.

Provide administrative support for Global Reach short-term missions: process contributions, track funds and expenses, respond to inquiries, plan events and mission logistics, assist communications and social media, create basic graphics, update web content, and support volunteers and office operations.

Supports the Experience Producer with planning and executing church events and services. Responsibilities include coordinating event details, managing vendor relationships, tracking expenses, organizing décor inventory, assisting with setup and errands, collaborating on branding and content, supporting service planning, documenting creative meetings, coordinating ministry teams, and providing administrative and communications assistance. The role requires creativity, organization, prioritization, deadline management, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Patrol and secure premises, monitor surveillance, inspect access points, respond to emergencies, complete incident reports, enforce regulations, provide first aid/CPR, and deliver customer service while supporting ministry policies.

Part-time student position supporting college operations: office support (phones, filing, mail, emails), class monitoring and A/V assistance, attendance data entry, event and project support, enforcing Honor Code, and maintaining confidentiality.
