Victory Capital Benefits Overview

Manages international client onboarding, legal agreement reviews, operational memoranda and SLAs, bespoke institutional reporting, UCITS fund reporting, and inbound client service issues. Coordinates cross-functional teams across Investments, Product, Legal, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Client Service. Maintains dashboards, tracks deliverables, escalates risks, identifies process improvements, and supports automation and AI-driven reporting initiatives for global clients and partners.

Supports investor relations through quarterly earnings preparation, financial and peer analysis, shareholder targeting, investor engagement, proxy and annual meeting support, corporate communications, and IR website maintenance. Maintains models, ownership data, investor records, calendars, presentations, filings, and reporting materials while partnering with senior leaders, analysts, marketing, and communications. The role requires strong financial judgment, writing, organization, accuracy, and efficient use of AI and financial data tools.

Coordinates conferences, industry events, sales meetings, marketing collateral, product updates, vendor relationships, and marketing initiatives. Acts as a project manager across acquisitions, product launches, fulfillment platforms, and other projects while partnering with investment, sales, compliance, and external teams. Manages event logistics, promotional materials, sourcing, and deliverables while maintaining accuracy and meeting strict deadlines.
