Coordinates conferences, industry events, sales meetings, marketing collateral, product updates, vendor relationships, and marketing initiatives. Acts as a project manager across acquisitions, product launches, fulfillment platforms, and other projects while partnering with investment, sales, compliance, and external teams. Manages event logistics, promotional materials, sourcing, and deliverables while maintaining accuracy and meeting strict deadlines.

Leads a team supporting mutual fund account processing and servicing. Oversees workflows, staffing, productivity, quality, compliance, employee performance, escalations, and operational risk. Drives process documentation, improvement, automation, and change initiatives while partnering with Compliance, Finance, Marketing, Technology, Data & Analytics, and external vendors. Supports new product and process implementations and ensures service commitments are consistently met.

Reviews and approves marketing, advertising, sales, digital, and institutional materials for investment products across RIA, broker-dealer, and direct platforms. Interprets SEC, FINRA, MSRB, and related regulations; advises Marketing, Portfolio Management, Product, Administration, and Legal; improves compliance policies and processes; supports regulatory examinations; and contributes to compliance initiatives and technology improvements.
