Recruit, coach and inspire staff, ensure compliance and safety, drive marketing and patient engagement, resolve client issues, and collaborate with regional and clinical teams to improve efficiency and profitability.

Serve as the clinics first point of contact: greet clients, manage phone and in-person scheduling, handle check-ins/checkouts, process billing, support physicians and operations, maintain accurate administrative processes, and ensure exceptional client experience.

Support month-end and year-end close, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, maintain inventory records and ERP data, analyze COGS and gross margins, monitor inventory SOPs across sites, support audits, and drive process improvements.
