Lead the full lifecycle of digital products, from market research and strategy through launch and ongoing optimization. Develop roadmaps, business cases, value propositions, and go-to-market plans while partnering with technology, UX, marketing, operations, legal, compliance, government, and other stakeholders. Analyze customer, market, and product performance data, manage financial outcomes, and deliver products that improve customer experience and achieve commercial objectives.

Provide proactive administrative and logistical support to two Executive Leadership Team members. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing agendas and papers, taking minutes, processing invoices, following up on delegated tasks, supporting stakeholder relationships, maintaining confidentiality, and contributing to process improvements. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, independent judgment, and proficiency with SharePoint and Workday.

Owns and leads VicRoads’ enterprise technology environment model across development, testing, staging, pre-production and production. Responsibilities include environment governance, provisioning automation, configuration and release control, test data and integration dependencies, security and compliance, monitoring, stability, vendor coordination, and cost optimization. The role partners with Product, Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, Change and Delivery teams to improve release confidence, operational reliability and delivery efficiency.
