VicRoads Benefits Overview

Leads VicRoads’ enterprise integration practice across MuleSoft, Confluent Cloud, AWS Transfer Family, and AWS API Gateway. Owns technical delivery, platform health, governance, API and event-driven integration standards, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, security, and operational excellence. Provides architectural direction, technical escalation support, and hands-on engineering while mentoring integration developers and advancing practice maturity.

Lead the implementation and ongoing operation of VicRoads’ compliance management framework. Advise stakeholders on regulatory obligations, manage compliance risks, monitor regulatory change, embed controls, and oversee incident and breach management. Analyze compliance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, support the Obligation Management Plan, and strengthen compliance culture, governance, and decision-making across the organization.

Lead corporate planning, forecasting, investment analysis, financial modelling, valuation, and business partnering across VicRoads. Advise senior executives on strategic priorities, capital investments, business cases, risks, returns, acquisitions, partnerships, and debt refinancing. Oversee complex corporate models, scenario analysis, and performance insights while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and supporting enterprise-wide decision-making.
