Prepare analyses, decision memos, and dashboards; orchestrate sprints and manage stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Lead strategy and partnerships to scale Vicoland's platform: implement AI agents, launch a leader-founders program, grow BD and add-on service partnerships, design processes and platform features, and contribute to top-level strategic planning and decision-making.

Design and build AI-first, production-grade agentic solutions: integrate LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and agent workflows; own the full dev pipeline; lead architecture, code reviews, and mentor engineers; collaborate with product and UX to deliver scalable, maintainable AI features.
