Leads finance for Baltimore business units, overseeing month-end close, reconciliations, budgets, forecasts, CAPEX, working capital, customer billing accuracy, and financial reporting. Supports operations and account management by resolving billing issues, analyzing performance, identifying risks, and translating financial data into actionable guidance. Requires at least three years of financial analysis or accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of accounting fundamentals.

The HR Business Partner develops and implements HR strategies across a multi-state region. Responsibilities include advising managers, talent management, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, policy compliance, investigations, change management, organizational initiatives, and HR metrics. The role partners with leadership, labor relations, recruiting, talent management, payroll, and HRIS teams to support business objectives and employee development.

Supports the Corporate Procurement team with vendor eligibility reviews, invoice tracking and approvals, vendor communication, category management, spend tracking, RFPs, bid analysis, KPI reporting, policy adoption, and transaction compliance. The intern will also create dashboards and tracking templates and lead an internship project. This is a part-time, temporary, on-site role in Boston, Massachusetts.
