Manage end-to-end employee relations casework, conduct workplace investigations, provide practical WR advice to leaders and HR partners, embed and refine ER case management processes, and contribute to WR projects on psychosocial risk and capability uplift.

Manage centre-level administration and accurate financial processing across multiple business units. Lead and develop admin/reception teams, oversee invoicing, reconciliations, tenant billings, gift card and car-park processes, monthly sales and owner reporting, debt management, procurement and accruals, and ensure compliance, excellent customer service and centre presentation standards.

Manage centre-level administration and financial processes for a shopping centre: supervise/administer reception teams, process supplier and tenant invoices, reconciliations, gift card and sales reporting, debt management, purchase orders and budgets, and support centre operations and stakeholder reporting. Provide people leadership, ensure compliance, and maintain high guest experience and centre presentation standards.
