The role also includes weekend manager rotation duties, incident response, and visible leadership during trading hours.

Delivers localized marketing campaigns and tactical activity for a retail shopping centre. Responsibilities include campaign planning, event and activation management, digital and social marketing, content briefing, retailer and stakeholder engagement, budgeting, compliance, reporting, customer experience support, and performance tracking. The role coordinates centre teams, contractors, retail partners, and internal marketing stakeholders to execute effective, customer-focused programs.
