Responsibilities include campaign planning, event and activation management, digital and social marketing, content briefing, retailer and stakeholder engagement, budgeting, compliance, reporting, customer experience support, and performance tracking. The role coordinates centre teams, contractors, retail partners, and internal marketing stakeholders to execute effective, customer-focused programs.

Supports property management operations by improving data quality, consistency, and usability across multiple centres. Responsibilities include defining data standards, coordinating remediation, triaging issues, conducting root-cause analysis, supporting operational data requests, creating guidance, and embedding data governance practices. The role collaborates with Technology, Data and AI teams, centre teams, vendors, and operational data owners while supporting privacy, security, compliance, and information management requirements.

Manage lease, property, tenant, and billing data within ERP systems; process monthly and ad hoc billings, invoices, statements, lease changes, and reconciliations. Produce tenancy schedules and portfolio reports, support capital transactions, maintain data integrity, collaborate with stakeholders, and identify process improvements. The role requires strong finance administration, billing, Excel, ERP, organization, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

Provides reception, customer service, office administration, financial administration, reporting, invoicing, reconciliations, tenant billing, debt management, procurement, and car park administration for a shopping centre management team. Maintains tenant records, compliance, mail, catering, gift card processes, insurance documentation, and stakeholder communications while supporting exceptional guest experiences and centre operations.

Design, implement, maintain, monitor, and optimise enterprise network infrastructure. Troubleshoot complex network incidents, manage upgrades and patching, maintain security controls, and support compliance. Collaborate with technology teams, stakeholders, and vendors on connectivity, cloud, data centre, security, and network modernisation projects across Cisco and enterprise environments.

Own and optimise Vicinity’s Workday HRIS platform, including administration, governance, controls, releases, enhancements, maintenance, security and audit readiness. Translate business needs into HRIS solutions, lead HR technology projects, manage priorities and capacity, and support people data analytics through Power BI dashboards. The role also involves stakeholder management, team capability development, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
