Lead on-site shopping centre operations and strategy, managing teams, budgets, retailer relationships and stakeholders to deliver financial and customer experience targets. Coach staff, oversee compliance, safety and weekend coverage, and drive centre vision, commercial performance and development opportunities.

Support the Operations Manager to maintain safety, compliance, presentation, contractor management, emergency preparedness, budgets and projects for a retail mixed-use centre, while building stakeholder relationships and driving sustainability and efficiency initiatives.

Lead mobilisation and planning for an enterprise modernisation program: develop roadmaps, business cases, governance, stakeholder alignment, reporting, risk management, and coordinate multiple workstreams to ensure delivery readiness.

Develop and deliver centre-level brand and marketing strategies and annual plans. Plan and execute campaigns, digital and social activity, local activations, partnerships and events. Manage stakeholder and retailer relationships, budgets, reporting, and centre operational support. Support localisation of ESG initiatives and perform administrative, forecasting and compliance tasks. Lead and develop a small marketing team during a 12-month maternity cover contract.

Provide day-to-day administrative and financial support to the centre management team, including reception/guest desk duties, stationery and mail management, tenant and supplier invoicing, accounts receivable/payable tasks, reconciliations, gift card and car park administration, reporting, and supporting centre presentation and customer experience initiatives.

Lead centre operations to ensure safety, compliance, presentation, contractor and budget management. Oversee security, emergency preparedness, tenant onboarding, sustainability initiatives, and stakeholder relationships to drive operational excellence.

Support the Operations Manager in day-to-day centre maintenance, contractor and stakeholder management, compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, delivery of capital and maintenance projects, and initiatives to improve presentation, sustainability and building efficiency. Participate in emergency management and rotation coverage.

Administer the centre's health & safety management system, conduct audits and risk assessments, manage fire system isolations and permits, coordinate contractor management, support BMS schedules and maintenance tasks, run safety training and committee meetings, and assist with compliance documentation and operational reporting to maintain a safe, compliant retail environment.
