Manages all operations of an apartment community, including leasing, rent and deposit collection, marketing, resident satisfaction, inspections, maintenance readiness, budgeting, compliance, and lease renewals. Supervises, trains, evaluates, and coaches onsite staff; monitors market conditions, leasing performance, vacancies, delinquency, and profitability. HUD and residential property management experience are required, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable insured transportation.

Manages apartment community operations, leasing, resident satisfaction, rent collection, marketing, budgeting, property readiness, compliance notices, and staff supervision. Oversees leasing paperwork, market analysis, renewals, rent changes, employee training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions. This floater role supports multiple communities as needed and works under limited supervision while maintaining the physical asset and improving profitability.
