Support retention channels by building, testing, and deploying email, SMS, and push campaigns in Klaviyo and PushOwl; manage calendar and cross-functional project coordination in Asana; analyze campaign performance, maintain A/B test documentation, and optimize workflows and creative with design collaborators and AI tools.

Support daily operations across outlet, retail, and warehouse: receive, pick, pack, prep, store, transfer product, perform local deliveries (~20%), maintain organized stockrooms, assist inventory counts, ensure safety and security, and provide general operational and customer-entry control support.
