Manage a portfolio of enterprise retail customers post-sale to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Lead implementations, deliver training, handle escalations, track milestones for billing, collaborate with Product/Engineering, run QBRs, and own renewals and customer health.

Build and maintain revenue infrastructure across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Finance. Develop automated outbound, enrichment, scoring, routing, intent-based campaigns, CRM workflows, customer health detection, Zendesk automations, finance integrations, and AI-powered GTM processes. Connect systems through APIs and automation platforms using Python, JavaScript, and SQL. Partner with business leaders to improve pipeline generation, conversion, speed-to-lead, customer retention, and operational efficiency while contributing to GTM tooling strategy.

Build and operate backend services for core collaboration applications, owning APIs, data models, AWS infrastructure, reliability, observability, and cost. Develop AI-assisted product features, contribute to Angular applications, and manage end-to-end feature delivery. Diagnose distributed-system issues, improve testing and engineering practices, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor engineers, and lead design reviews. The role is hybrid in Boston with two office days per week.
