Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product roles, including sourcing specialized data and machine learning candidates, partnering with hiring managers, conducting structured interviews, managing candidate engagement, monitoring pipeline health, and representing Vibe’s culture. The role is based in Paris with hybrid work and focuses on building technical hiring capabilities within a growing Talent Acquisition team.

Own and administer Salesforce as the company’s source of truth for account assignment, pipeline management, and revenue operations. Build and maintain flows, resolve data integrity issues, monitor integrations with GTM tools, identify sync failures, and translate business requests into scalable system changes. The role also involves Salesforce API work, CRM data-quality monitoring, AI-assisted administration, and close partnership with Sales, SDR, CSM, AM, and GTM Operations teams.

Build production backend integrations with CRMs, CDPs, measurement vendors, and data partners. Own the architecture of Vibe’s public API, including campaign and advertiser endpoints, authentication, documentation, monitoring, and developer tooling. Lead reliability improvements, establish engineering standards, guide technical direction, collaborate with external partners on data contracts, and use AI tooling to accelerate development.
