Participate in a two-year international rotation program developing FPGA applications for digital signal processing, data processing, and communication protocols. Responsibilities include FPGA design, simulation, verification, timing analysis, debugging, optimization, testing, documentation, and lifecycle support from concept through production. Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems engineers, contribute to reviews, and use AI/LLM tools to improve development effectiveness. The program begins in July 2027 and may lead to a permanent VIAVI engineering role.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for aerospace, defense, government, and commercial programs. Manage strategic supplier relationships, negotiate agreements, mitigate supply chain risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain continuity of supply. Lead cost-reduction, value-engineering, supplier qualification, NPI, and performance initiatives while collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, Contracts, Finance, and Program Management. Analyze supplier, spend, market, and commodity data and present recommendations to leadership.

Two-year rotational engineering program across international R&D teams. Participants develop software and hardware solutions for network monitoring, diagnostics, communications, and optical technologies while working in Agile teams. Responsibilities include contributing to product features, designing algorithms, writing clean and tested C/C++ code, troubleshooting issues, adapting to new technologies, and collaborating with engineers and leadership under mentorship.
