Develops territory business plans, achieves sales goals, manages customer relationships, and communicates pharmaceutical product information. The representative uses Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and CRM tools to manage daily activities, prepares pre-call strategies, negotiates with customers, meets performance targets, and collaborates cross-functionally. The role requires continuous learning, strong communication skills, product knowledge, and approximately 10% travel.

Coordinates pharmaceutical packaging artwork for regional launches and lifecycle projects. Creates and manages regulatory artwork templates, mock-ups, and submission materials; reviews designs for EMA and national Health Authority compliance; validates packaging data; manages change controls in TrackWise; monitors project KPIs; and oversees pictogram governance and color standards for non-branded products.

Lead and develop multidisciplinary maintenance and engineering teams to design and execute multi-year maintenance and capital strategies. Drive equipment reliability, asset lifecycle management, preventive maintenance, RCM (FMECA/FMEA), validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and regulatory compliance (HPRA, FDA, cGMP, Annex I). Manage capital budgets, partner with Manufacturing/Quality/Supply Chain, and support audits and sustainability initiatives.
