Leads post-go-live application management and support for Oracle Cloud ERP implementations. Oversees AMS teams, Level 2 and 3 support, SLAs, ITIL processes, solution design, quarterly updates, client escalations, resource allocation, governance, documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role coordinates functional and technical consultants, translates business requirements, manages stakeholder relationships, and ensures system stability across Oracle ERP modules.

Leads the evaluation, integration, deployment, governance, and optimization of enterprise AI platforms, including Perplexity AI and other LLM tools. Designs integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, data sources, and workflows; establishes responsible AI and privacy frameworks; monitors performance; supports cybersecurity and compliance; trains users; and advises leadership on AI strategy, risks, and opportunities in federal environments.

Conduct independent security and privacy control assessments for federal information systems across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Plan assessments, execute NIST SP 800-53A procedures, develop SAPs, SARs, AARs, and POA&Ms, support RMF, FISMA, ATO, ongoing authorization, audits, continuous monitoring, and FedRAMP activities. Collaborate with ISSOs, system owners, engineers, and government stakeholders while maintaining detailed compliance documentation and dashboards.
