Provide 1st/2nd-level hardware, software, and network support; configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals; manage user accounts and onboarding/offboarding; perform maintenance and security patches; maintain IT asset inventory and vendor coordination; document and escalate incidents; explore automation/AI tools to improve IT operations.

Design and build production-ready C#/.NET Revit plugins and automation tools. Automate BIM workflows, extract and transform model data, develop UI (WPF/WinForms), ensure multi-version Revit compatibility, write tests, and integrate cloud and AI-enabled BIM services while collaborating with BIM and AEC stakeholders.

Manage daily workplace operations, facilities maintenance, vendor coordination, site due diligence, PEZA and government compliance, 5S and ISO-aligned processes, preventive maintenance, and executive meeting support including minutes and action-item tracking. Support office setup and expansion across the Philippines and ensure a safe, organized, audit-ready workplace.
