Develops and maintains coordinated 3D BIM models from architectural, structural, civil, and MEPF documents. Converts 2D drawings and scan data into constructible models, performs clash detection and quality checks, and produces coordination and shop drawings. Communicates RFIs and design issues while collaborating with project teams to support project delivery, compliance, and field installation.

Provides expert technical support, troubleshooting, training, documentation, and implementation services for BIM/VDC tools and workflows. Diagnoses software, coordination, interoperability, and automation issues; collaborates with operations, engineering, and IT teams; develops training and knowledge resources; supports pilot programs and upgrades; and recommends technology and process improvements.

Manage daily workplace operations, facilities maintenance, vendor coordination, site due diligence, PEZA and government compliance, 5S and ISO-aligned processes, preventive maintenance, and executive meeting support including minutes and action-item tracking. Support office setup and expansion across the Philippines and ensure a safe, organized, audit-ready workplace.
