Teams at ViaPlus by VINCI Highways

Leads program execution, operational strategy, customer account and call center activities, tolling violations, revenue collection, accounting processes, software effectiveness, vendor negotiations, and continuous improvement. Manages budgets, client relationships, performance reporting, compliance, employee development, and supervisory responsibilities while coordinating cross-functional teams to meet quality, financial, productivity, and timeline objectives.

Provide frontline IT support: manage help desk requests, install/configure/repair Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and approved software, administer Microsoft 365 and Teams, monitor backups, maintain IT inventory and documentation, support policies and procurement, and participate in occasional after-hours/on-call work.
