Lead end-to-end proposal development: manage RFP intake, compliance matrices, schedules, gather and edit technical and commercial content, coordinate SMEs, oversee production and submission, manage budgets, teams and vendors, and drive continuous process improvement and postmortem analysis.

Provide L1 production application support: triage tickets, perform initial troubleshooting and SQL queries, monitor systems and alerts, follow runbooks/SOPs, resolve known issues, escalate to L2/L3, maintain documentation and knowledge base, participate in shifts/on-call.

The Solution Architect analyzes client needs, prepares tailored proposals, collaborates on sales initiatives, demonstrates product capabilities, and engages with customers.
