Manage and grow assigned digital media accounts, support RFI/RFPs and campaign launches, serve as primary client liaison, optimize campaign performance, use data-driven recommendations to drive retention and upsell, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.

Serve as a client-facing strategic partner for Viant's self-serve DSP users: drive platform adoption, manage and optimize campaigns, deliver training, provide data-driven recommendations, troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate cross-functionally, and support client growth and retention.

Manage client relationships and campaign lifecycle: support RFI/RFPs, launch and optimize programmatic/ad campaigns, onboard clients, provide reporting, drive retention and upsell, and coordinate with internal teams using Salesforce and Viant's Adelphic platform.
