Leads new product introductions for medical devices from design transfer through commercial manufacturing. Develops manufacturing readiness plans, processes, equipment, tooling, validations, documentation, and capacity models. Drives DFM/DFA, process improvement, cost reduction, root-cause investigations, engineering changes, and regulatory compliance. Collaborates with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Operations, customers, and suppliers while mentoring junior engineers and managing launch timelines.

Develops and maintains production schedules using MRP systems, coordinates materials and supplier processing, and verifies labor and capacity availability. The Master Scheduler resolves shortages and production constraints, monitors inventory, authorizes manufacturing orders, leads planning meetings, communicates schedule risks, and generates performance reports. The role requires collaboration with manufacturing, procurement, customer service, operations, and suppliers to support on-time delivery and changing customer requirements.

Leads complex medical device manufacturing programs, including new product introductions, product transfers, cost reductions, integrations, insourcing, and strategic initiatives. Manages cross-functional teams, customer relationships, budgets, schedules, risks, regulatory compliance, corrective actions, and delivery milestones across multiple manufacturing sites. Requires extensive program management experience, medical device manufacturing knowledge, expertise in plastics, tooling, metals, automation, and PMP certification.
