Supports the sales organization through lead generation, customer contact, price quote preparation, order follow-up, demand forecasting, and assistance to Account Executives. Participates in trade shows, conferences, training, and company events; collaborates with a mentor and manager; provides project updates; and presents internship outcomes. The intern also promotes quality management practices and may work occasionally in production environments.

Supports HR projects involving SharePoint maintenance, benefits and leave information, HR/IT automation, Dayforce LMS and Poka integration, job description updates, electronic file audits, job posting templates, language preferences, and career fair preparation. The intern also participates in training, provides project updates, completes a final presentation, and promotes company values and ISO quality standards.

Complete controls and systems engineering projects, including Python automation for ERP and machine transactions, data collection, quality analytics, and reporting. Develop software tools and Ignition dashboards, document systems and data flows, support troubleshooting and process improvements, and present internship results. The role includes training, mentoring, cross-functional communication, and occasional exposure to a manufacturing environment.
