Build and maintain backend services, web and mobile applications, developer tooling, and microservices deployed through Kubernetes. Design software architectures, estimate feature work, implement monitoring and CI, and collaborate with product and design teams to deliver accessible customer-facing interfaces. The role also involves mentoring or technical leadership, security-conscious development, and supporting services from development through production monitoring.

Build and support batch, incremental, and real-time ETL pipelines for connected vehicle data. Standardize ingestion, validation, and cleaning; automate data-quality checks; manage schemas; and monitor and optimize Spark jobs. The role requires close collaboration with machine learning and data science teams, distributed-systems expertise, and attention to security and privacy.

Build and maintain backend microservices, developer tools, frameworks, and deployment environments. Design service architectures, estimate feature delivery, deploy and monitor services through Kubernetes, implement analytics and monitoring, and configure CI pipelines. Collaborate with product teams to align technical designs with customer needs while emphasizing simplicity, maintainability, security, and privacy. The role also involves technical leadership or mentorship and ownership of Docker-based deployments.
