The Partner Growth Principal at Via will build relationships, provide strategic guidance, analyze data, and drive revenue growth for transportation partnerships.

Lead and grow a full‑stack engineering team building transit planning tools. Own technical direction across geospatial data, React frontends, and backend services. Partner with product, design, and customers; mentor engineers; improve engineering processes (code review, CI/CD); and collaborate with other teams to scale the platform globally.

Lead regional sales efforts for Via's tech-enabled transportation solutions in the DACH region, building partnerships and driving business development.
