Lead and write high-stakes commercial proposals to win public transit procurements. Coordinate strategy with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, manage multiple solicitations, refine proposal content and knowledge assets, prepare executives for interviews, analyze procurement performance, and improve proposal workflows through automation and generative AI.
