Owns technical direction across geospatial data, React interfaces, backend systems, and optimization algorithms; partners with product, design, and customers; mentors engineers; improves engineering processes, CI/CD, reliability, and scalability; and collaborates on shared infrastructure and APIs.

Leads an engineering team building AI-powered internal products and an employee-facing development platform. Responsibilities include defining architecture and engineering standards, applying AI-native development practices, establishing integrations, permissions, infrastructure, testing, deployment, observability, and governance, partnering with business teams to identify high-impact opportunities, and recruiting and developing engineers.
