Lead fundraising, communications, grant development, community engagement, and external relations to increase awareness, diversify revenue, and build partnerships. Develop and implement strategic plans, manage stakeholder relationships, support executive leadership and boards, and supervise staff to advance organizational mission and growth.

Provide field support and coaching to flex-ride drivers, respond to emergencies and accidents, empty cash boxes, conduct field inspections and investigations, serve as backup driver, and assist the public with transit information.
