Lead HIPAA privacy program and Release of Information (ROI) operations: develop policy, conduct risk assessments/audits, manage subpoenas and legal requests, maintain audit-ready documentation, support privacy review of digital/AI tools, and provide operational guidance and training across branches.

The Hospital Liaison provides inpatient care and acts as the liaison between the hospital systems and VIA. Responsibilities include patient assessments, coordination of care, documentation, and collaboration with healthcare teams to facilitate patient admission and discharge planning.

Manage day-to-day activities of an interdisciplinary hospice team: supervise, schedule, train, recruit, and evaluate clinical staff; ensure regulatory-compliant documentation and quality improvement; support care planning, EMR recertification, payroll approvals, and coordination with providers, families, and vendors.
