Lead HIPAA privacy program and Release of Information (ROI) operations: develop policy, conduct risk assessments/audits, manage subpoenas and legal requests, maintain audit-ready documentation, support privacy review of digital/AI tools, and provide operational guidance and training across branches.

The Hospital Liaison provides inpatient care and acts as the liaison between the hospital systems and VIA. Responsibilities include patient assessments, coordination of care, documentation, and collaboration with healthcare teams to facilitate patient admission and discharge planning.

Serve as the hospice liaison to hospitals: assess and visit patients, review records, coordinate care and discharge planning, communicate with hospital staff and the hospice interdisciplinary team, ensure Plan of Care adherence, complete timely documentation, and support business development and referral relationships.
