Provides nursing care to skilled nursing residents across all shifts. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, assisting with admissions and discharges, documenting care, responding to emergency call lights, communicating resident changes to physicians and families, transcribing physician orders, and ensuring continuity of services. The role primarily serves older adults in a resident-centered healthcare environment.

Provide personal care to elderly residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinent care, positioning, vital signs, and meal assistance; document shift tasks; respond to call lights and emergencies; communicate with families and nursing leadership; participate in planned activities.
