Screens patients, visitors, contractors, vendors, employees, and other facility entrants for security and health-safety compliance. Controls access using established protocols, operates screening and monitoring equipment, provides customer service, and supports security and parking functions, including traffic direction and parking-policy enforcement. Escalates concerns, denies access when necessary, and communicates issues to facility leadership.

Provides staff training and professional development across the organization, with a focus on coordinating new graduate residency programs. Collaborates with departments, interprets policies and clinical standards, presents educational information, and applies leadership and consultation skills. Requires an advanced clinical degree, relevant healthcare experience, specialty certification, professional licensure, and BLS or equivalent certification.

Provides comprehensive clinical care to patients as part of a healthcare team. Responsibilities include delivering timely, quality medical services; supporting quality control, risk management, compliance, performance metrics, and budget objectives; and participating in medical activities within the physician’s credentialed scope of practice. Requires a medical degree, at least one year of medical or surgical experience, and Virginia medical licensure.
