Supports financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, modeling, and performance analysis for assigned healthcare business units and entities. Translates corporate strategy into actionable financial plans and reports, identifies opportunities for growth and operational efficiency, and presents complex financial insights to clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders. The role requires strong healthcare financial knowledge, advanced analytical skills, and proficiency with financial planning, business intelligence, and clinical data systems.

Operates hospital telephone, voice paging, radio paging, and security radio systems. Responds to and appropriately handles codes and alarms received by the communications office and performs staff messaging tasks. A high school diploma or equivalent and one year of PBX telephone operator experience are preferred. No certification or licensure is required.

Performs data-driven strategic sourcing, procurement optimization, spend analysis, supplier negotiation, and financial modeling. Manages large datasets using advanced Excel tools and ERP systems, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and develops executive-level reports and recommendations. Collaborates across departments to improve supplier relationships, contract value, supply chain efficiency, and operational performance.
