Identifies learning needs, facilitates internal training, manages L&D projects and vendors, supports People & Culture service desk, analyses program metrics and engagement survey initiatives, and implements process improvements to enhance training effectiveness.

The Account Management Manager oversees the retention-focused team, drives growth through strategies, manages customer relationships, and develops high-performing teams to maximize player engagement and loyalty.

Lead state-focused lobbying campaigns, manage external contract lobbyists, develop relationships with state officials and regulators, monitor relevant legislation, represent the company at stakeholder events, and provide field intelligence to central leadership.
