Teams at VFC Lightning Protection

Supports the COO through executive and administrative assistance, special project coordination, employee appreciation programming, internal event planning, travel arrangements, and organization across multiple priorities. The role requires strong communication, discretion, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.

Create detailed 2D architectural drawings for lightning protection systems using AutoCAD. Collaborate with project managers and engineering staff on construction and infrastructure projects, revise drawings according to specifications, and ensure compliance with applicable standards. Training is provided on specialized systems and standards.

Develop and maintain statistical demand forecasts, translate SKU-level customer demand into purchasing requirements, and support inventory and safety stock strategies. Lead S&OP meetings and collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, procurement, supply planning, and project teams. Analyze internal and external data, manage product introductions and phase-outs, and maintain demand planning, ERP, and WMS systems.
