Owns contract lifecycle administration in Procore and NetSuite, advises leaders on legal and contractual risk, manages contractor licensing and multistate regulatory compliance, develops corporate policies, and coordinates outside counsel on disputes. Partners with HR on employment compliance and supports licensing, renewals, and regulatory requirements across the company’s operating states.
