Create detailed 2D AutoCAD architectural drawings for lightning protection systems, revise designs according to project specifications, and ensure compliance with applicable standards. Collaborate with project managers and engineering staff supporting construction and infrastructure projects. The role requires attention to detail, independent work, and passing a drafting proficiency test. Training is provided, while Revit experience is preferred but not required.

Administers workers’ compensation, general liability, automobile liability, and fleet claims from reporting through closure. Maintains claim files, OSHA logs, safety documentation, training records, and corrective-action tracking. Manages vehicle camera monitoring, reviews footage, prepares safety and claims reports, analyzes trends, supports employee safety orientations, and provides administrative assistance to the Safety Department while protecting confidential information.

Develop and maintain statistical demand forecasts, translate SKU-level customer demand into purchasing requirements, and support inventory and safety stock strategies. Lead S&OP meetings and collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, procurement, supply planning, and project teams. Analyze internal and external data, manage product introductions and phase-outs, and maintain demand planning, ERP, and WMS systems.

Serves as VFC Group’s primary in-house attorney for contract review, drafting, and negotiation across construction-related agreements. Owns contract lifecycle administration in Procore and NetSuite, advises leaders on legal and contractual risk, manages contractor licensing and multistate regulatory compliance, develops corporate policies, and coordinates outside counsel on disputes. Partners with HR on employment compliance and supports licensing, renewals, and regulatory requirements across the company’s operating states.
