Defines and prioritizes requirements, manages product backlogs and roadmap planning, facilitates Agile and SAFe ceremonies, translates needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, oversees UAT and business readiness, and supports healthcare interoperability, EDI, API, and IT modernization initiatives.

Designs and supports secure DevOps platforms, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, infrastructure-as-code, observability, access controls, and automation. Troubleshoots production and deployment issues, maintains DevSecOps controls, supports operational governance, documents procedures, and collaborates with engineering, security, QA, architects, and leadership on platform evolution.
