Interview SMEs, translate complex technical concepts into compliant persuasive content, participate in capture and proposal reviews, and support customer solution sessions and proposal submissions.

Lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Field Service, and Experience Clouds using Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, and declarative tools. Perform code reviews, testing, integrations, production troubleshooting, mentor developers, participate in Agile ceremonies, and support DevOps and secure federal healthcare platform delivery.

Build and deploy AI-powered features and full-stack applications for healthcare platforms using LLMs and modern AI engineering tools. Develop APIs, backend services, automation pipelines, and production-ready MLOps/DevOps workflows. Collaborate with product, design, and clinical stakeholders, research emerging AI technologies, and support scalable, secure deployments in an Agile remote environment.
