Supports solicitation analysis, win strategies, technical graphics, color-team reviews, and timely federal submissions.

Provide first-level remote support for software applications across Windows and macOS. Respond to user requests, troubleshoot and resolve issues, document incidents in Jira and ServiceNow, escalate complex problems, train users, monitor open tickets, and communicate status updates. The role supports a federal healthcare modernization project and requires coordination with users, developers, and technical teams.
