Manage internal IT support and infrastructure for remote and onsite employees. The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will scale and operate VETRO’s cloud-based FiberMap platform. Responsibilities include improving reliability, observability, incident response, automation, infrastructure performance, CI/CD, security, disaster recovery, developer enablement, AI-assisted operations, and cloud cost efficiency. The role requires participation in on-call rotations and collaboration across Engineering, Product, Security, and Customer teams.
