Serve as a technical advisor and strategic liaison for B2B telecom and broadband customers using VETRO’s GIS platform. Drive platform adoption, customer value, retention, and expansion through technical guidance, relationship management, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration. Identify process improvements, gather market and customer insights, and influence product direction while supporting customers in managing fiber optic networks.

The Senior Account Executive will achieve revenue growth targets by securing new customers and managing the sales process effectively. Responsibilities include building a pipeline, utilizing value-selling techniques, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
