Own Vetric’s product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, discovery, execution, launch, and adoption. Lead and grow the Product team while personally driving strategic technical product initiatives. Partner with customers, R&D, GTM, and leadership to validate markets, define requirements, navigate technical trade-offs, establish success metrics, and build scalable product processes. The role focuses on technical B2B API and data products for enterprise customers in a fast-paced startup environment.

Leads multiple engineering teams and managers, owning technical strategy, architecture, execution, organizational growth, production reliability, and engineering excellence. Translates business priorities into technical plans, drives complex initiatives across teams, develops leaders, manages capacity and hiring, and partners with Product, Customer Success, and company leadership. Requires extensive backend and distributed-systems experience, TypeScript and Node.js expertise, cloud infrastructure knowledge, and a track record of delivering scalable, reliable production systems.

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic SaaS customers. Build trusted relationships, drive retention and renewals, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, develop account plans, lead pricing and contract negotiations, and maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts. Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and internal teams to address customer needs and deliver value. The role requires strong commercial, communication, negotiation, organizational, and technical product-understanding skills.
