Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic SaaS customers. Build trusted relationships, drive retention and renewals, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, develop account plans, lead pricing and contract negotiations, and maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts. Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and internal teams to address customer needs and deliver value. The role requires strong commercial, communication, negotiation, organizational, and technical product-understanding skills.

Identify and enrich prospects, conduct phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach, qualify leads, schedule meetings, and partner with Account Executives to develop sales opportunities. Translate technical capabilities into customer value, maintain accurate handoffs, monitor competitive positioning, and continuously improve outbound sales skills through coaching and training.

Join Vetric’s infrastructure team to operate and improve a large-scale AWS environment. Responsibilities include migrating ECS Fargate to EKS, building Terraform and OpenTofu infrastructure, scaling CI/CD with GitHub Actions, supporting data-intensive systems, improving observability and reliability, and balancing security, governance, and cloud costs. The role requires production DevOps experience, AWS and Kubernetes expertise, scripting skills, container and pipeline ownership, and strong communication.
