Own VetPowered’s marketing strategy across direct-to-consumer products and defense manufacturing. Responsibilities include brand positioning, product launches, e-commerce optimization, lifecycle marketing, paid media, SEO, Salesforce attribution, content production, executive ghostwriting, ambassador management, and PR coordination. The role requires onsite work in San Diego, shop-floor video production, ITAR-compliant content screening, revenue accountability, and approximately 10% travel.

Maintains accounting records for manufacturing and property management entities, including AP, AR, general ledger transactions, reconciliations, month-end close, WIP, inventory, job costing, purchasing documentation, and financial reporting. Supports audits, tax schedules, intercompany accounting, compliance records, and administrative functions such as HR, fleet, insurance, and service dispatch backup. Works independently with the Controller and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, organized, audit-ready records.
