Moves received goods from docks to reserve and shelving locations, verifies shipments and quantities, processes receiving paperwork, labels products, and maintains proper FIFO/FEFO stock rotation. The role also picks orders, handles pet food receiving, operates dock plates and pallet trucks, supports truckers, and maintains a safe, clean warehouse while following GMP and health and safety procedures.

Leads the organization’s HR and occupational health and safety functions, advising executives, managing employee relations, workforce planning, talent programs, compensation, HR systems, compliance, and workplace safety. Oversees the HR & Safety team, investigations, policy development, engagement, performance management, legislative compliance, incident prevention, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work programs. The role is based in person at the company’s St. Marys, Ontario head office.
