Manages veterinary hospital purchasing, inventory levels, purchase orders, receipts, barcoding, stock rotation, returns, and inventory audits. Maintains DEA/BNDD substance logs, updates product pricing, identifies missed charges and open transactions, documents KPIs, and supports accurate patient billing and restocking. Requires veterinary product knowledge, strong organization and communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to lift 30 pounds.

Oversee daily kennel and boarding operations, including scheduling, animal care, sanitation, inventory, client relations, and compliance. Hire, train, schedule, and manage kennel staff while coordinating medical needs with the veterinary team. Ensure accurate documentation, vaccination compliance, enrichment, and safe handling of boarded animals. Address client concerns and promote related services such as grooming, training, and wellness packages.

Provides daily care for boarding dogs and cats, including monitoring health, feeding, walking, bathing, administering oral and topical medications, documenting observations, maintaining clean kennels and supplies, handling check-ins and check-outs, and supporting animal comfort through play and enrichment.
