Own operations for VEG’s New ER Doctor training program, coordinating education and hands-on training logistics, schedules, communications, travel, educators, and learners. Improve participant and educator experiences, maintain training content, analyze surveys and program data, manage stakeholders and dependencies, and develop scalable workflows, documentation, tools, and automations. The role requires strong organization, communication, ownership, and approximately 25% travel, including extended stays in Las Vegas and occasional weekend coverage.

Manages VEG’s pricing operations across its hospital network, including annual pricing reviews, new hospital pricing, order-code catalog integrity, pricing QA, anomaly monitoring, and hospital support. The role analyzes financial impacts, conducts market research, resolves cross-functional pricing issues, strengthens controls, and improves pricing workflows in partnership with Finance, Procurement, Medical Quality, Technology, and hospital leaders.

Build and manage VEG’s enterprise knowledge strategy and operations. Establish governance standards for organizing, owning, reviewing, updating, and retiring knowledge. Improve the knowledge library, coordinate subject-matter experts, and resolve content gaps or conflicts. Partner with ServiceNow and technology teams to enhance search and self-service. Use search analytics, support trends, feedback, virtual-agent data, AI, and automation to improve access to reliable information.
