Ensure high-quality patient care, address team dynamics, partner with hospital leadership, use clinician feedback to guide development, and champion a culture of learning, mentorship, and VEG values.

Lead and operate a 24/7 veterinary emergency hospital: recruit, hire, onboard, and develop staff; oversee scheduling and performance; manage full P&L, budgeting, payroll, and accounts receivable; handle inventory and facility operations; ensure compliance, excellent patient/customer experience, and community/referral relationships. On-site, nights/weekends required.
