Provide high-trust executive support to the President and Co-Founder: manage calendar strategically, anticipate needs, prepare meeting briefs, coordinate complex travel and personal logistics, drive follow-through on commitments, liaise with Board and leadership, protect confidential information, and improve administrative systems.

Lead and develop the veterinary nursing team, manage scheduling/payroll/hiring, ensure clinical excellence and licensure compliance, drive mentorship and training, and support hospital leadership to optimize patient care and team culture.

Manage day-to-day LMS administration and learning technology support, coordinate instructor-led logistics, maintain data and trackers, create reports, resolve Tier 1 tech requests, and partner with Instructional Designers to organize and deploy learning content.
