Teams at Veterinary Emergency Group

Serve as the primary customer-facing team member in a veterinary ER: greet customers, manage communications, route urgent calls, coordinate with clinical staff, process payments, provide compassionate guidance, follow up after visits, and create memorable client experiences.

Lead and develop the veterinary nursing team, manage daily clinical flow, scheduling, payroll, hiring and onboarding, ensure licensure and medical standards, mentor staff, and support hospital leadership to maintain high-quality emergency patient care.

Coordinate IT intake and project lifecycle from submission through review; maintain roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and systems of record; prepare requests for Security and Infrastructure review; surface risks and recommend next steps; send structured updates and meeting coordination; support IT Programs with deliverable tracking, basic reporting, and slide preparation to keep stakeholders aligned.
