Lead and operate a 24/7 veterinary emergency hospital: recruit, hire, onboard, and develop staff; manage operations, inventory, and facility upkeep; oversee full P&L including budgeting, payroll, and A/R; drive financial and operational performance; ensure compliance and exceptional patient/customer/employee experience; build local referral partnerships; work on-site with night, weekend, and holiday availability as required.
