Own Vetcove’s major customer, executive, and company events from strategy through execution. Lead multi-day summits, retreats, and offsites, managing venues, programming, hospitality, travel, production, staffing, budgets, logistics, vendors, negotiations, and attendee experience. The role requires autonomous ownership, exceptional attention to detail, strong hospitality instincts, resourcefulness, and calm problem-solving under pressure.

The Support Associate engages with veterinary professionals, assisting them with purchasing decisions on the Vetcove platform through live chats, calls, and emails.

Manage end-to-end implementation projects for veterinary clinics, acting as client-facing point of contact and internal liaison. Build project plans, timelines and roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional teams, track milestones, communicate progress to stakeholders, and remove blockers to ensure timely launches and integrations with third-party partners.
