The IMC Manager will plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive sales in specific product categories, focusing on collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Lead visual design for websites, landing pages, mobile apps, emails, and digital ads. Maintain and expand design systems, create high-fidelity Figma prototypes, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and use analytics and A/B testing to optimize designs for engagement and conversion.

Manage end-to-end customer order lifecycle across EDI, eCommerce, and manual channels. Coordinate with warehouses and carriers, generate shipping and compliance documents, update ERP, resolve discrepancies, handle backorders and chargebacks, and produce order status reports for internal teams and customers.
