Supports the People Business Partnership team by coordinating onboarding, employee lifecycle programs, compliance documentation, data integrity, reporting, employee support, engagement initiatives, and events. The role manages tracking, communications, follow-up, audits, dashboards, and project execution while maintaining confidentiality and accurate employee records. It requires onsite work in New York City four days per week.

Supports People Services operations, including HRIS record maintenance, employee inquiries, payroll administration, benefits and leave management, compliance filings, reporting, audits, and employment documentation. The role maintains Rippling and Sparrow, handles confidential employee data, supports payroll and benefits compliance, and collaborates with People, Finance, and Compliance teams in a fast-paced environment.

Performs fraud detection, AML monitoring, alert investigation, suspicious activity escalation, regulatory interpretation, and financial crime risk mitigation. Develops fraud typologies, prepares investigation and management reports, maintains case records, collaborates with operational teams, and supports compliance process improvements. The role requires independent judgment, strong analytical skills, regulatory knowledge, and accurate documentation in a fast-paced fintech environment.
