Lead content strategy for Vestwell's government partner channel: plan, create, and optimize multi-format content (email, web, white papers, sales enablement), manage editorial calendar, set and measure content KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally to support business goals.

Support sales operations across contracting desk, pipeline support, post-sale changes, and CRM data hygiene. Generate and track contracts, assist sales with opportunity updates, manage amendments and pricing changes, perform Salesforce data cleanups and bulk updates, provide ad-hoc reporting, and partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to resolve deal blockers and improve processes.

Serve as primary client contact for advisors and plan sponsors: answer inbound calls and emails, resolve administration issues, create and track tickets, host webinars, collaborate cross-functionally, share product feedback, and meet service level requirements to ensure client satisfaction.
