The Senior Associate will manage the onboarding process for plan sponsors and financial advisors, ensuring a smooth transition to Vestwell's platform while collaborating cross-functionally and providing project management support.

Manage end-to-end billing operations for state agency programs, prepare invoices and revenue calculation packages, reconcile billing and bank accounts, own collections, support month/quarter close and audits, collaborate with internal teams and state partners, and drive billing system and process improvements.
