Own full-cycle recruiting for Operations, Services, and G&A roles from entry level through Senior Manager. Develop sourcing and hiring strategies, advise hiring managers on market conditions and compensation, negotiate offers, manage recruitment marketing, advertise positions, maintain Greenhouse and Rippling data integrity, and use recruiting metrics to improve hiring processes.

Responds to inbound phone, email, and chat inquiries from individuals using workplace and education savings plans. Provides accurate, empathetic support; troubleshoots issues; reviews plan documents; processes distribution requests; creates tickets; and follows up within service-level requirements. The coordinator also escalates complex issues, meets quality and responsiveness KPIs, identifies process improvements, and shares client feedback with product teams.

Lead and grow an AI engineering organization to design, build, and operate production-grade AI services. Define architecture, drive execution, implement RAG, agents, and orchestration, ensure reliability, observability, and CI/CD, and partner with Product, Data, Security, and business stakeholders while recruiting and mentoring engineers.
