As a Finance Manager, you will partner with GTM teams to provide insights, manage budgeting, oversee sales commission processes, and develop KPI dashboards while performing financial analyses.

Manage and retain top employer clients and pooled plans, handle inbound inquiries and change orders, conduct proactive outreach and client reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, create processes and playbooks, provide coverage to other service teams, document interactions, and escalate compliance or legal issues as needed.

The Client Services Coordinator provides support to Plan Sponsors by managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating communication among teams for optimal customer satisfaction.
