Own full-cycle recruiting for Operations, Services, and G&A roles from entry level through Senior Manager. Develop sourcing and hiring strategies, advise hiring managers on market conditions and compensation, negotiate offers, manage recruitment marketing, advertise positions, maintain Greenhouse and Rippling data integrity, and use recruiting metrics to improve hiring processes.

Owns and organizes marketing workstreams for state savings programs, coordinating internal stakeholders, external partners, freelancers, timelines, content calendars, and cross-functional deliverables. Develops KPIs, analyzes content performance, identifies optimization opportunities, and manages projects from initiation through completion. The role requires strong financial or regulated-industry knowledge, independent execution, workflow optimization, and adaptability in a fast-growing FinTech environment.

Manage relationships with 529 and Child Savings Account partners, develop relationship plans, resolve escalated issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, support reporting requirements, address governance matters, and improve workflows. The role requires independent judgment, strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate documentation and delivering timely, high-quality partner support.
