Manage and retain top employer clients and pooled plans, handle inbound inquiries and change orders, conduct proactive outreach and client reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, create processes and playbooks, provide coverage to other service teams, document interactions, and escalate compliance or legal issues as needed.

Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Search and LinkedIn; write and test ad copy, creative, and landing pages; refine targeting and audiences; run and report on email campaigns and deliverability; monitor shared inbox and handle responses; iterate on budget and creative to drive clicks and leads; report performance metrics and trends.
