Responsibilities include identifying videos affected by UI changes, using screen-capture and editing tools, adding annotations, syncing voiceovers, creating captions, and prioritizing updates with the Training team. The internship provides hands-on experience in video production, instructional design, and education technology.

Supports production operations by monitoring automated batch jobs, assisting with troubleshooting and issue resolution, documenting procedures, escalating incidents, collaborating with technical teams, and contributing to process improvements. The role provides hands-on enterprise software support experience in financial services and includes shift work within a 24/7 support team.

The Senior SDET develops and maintains automated tests, expands quality coverage, and supports CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and SonarQube. The role validates web applications, APIs, performance, integrations, and system behavior while promoting Agile QA practices. It also explores AI-assisted testing, evaluates AI/ML quality tools, troubleshoots system issues, reviews requirements and release documentation, and collaborates across teams to support high-quality releases.
