As a Strategic Training & Quality Intern, you will enhance knowledge management, analyze data for customer insights, and support brand reputation efforts, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Lead and elevate user research during maternity cover: coach teams, validate and run end-to-end qualitative and quantitative studies (~40% time), maintain the insights repository, translate psychographic segmentation into product actions, and promote findings to influence product strategy and stakeholder decisions.

Review and validate listings for unsigned brands, verify AI model detections and compliance, research brands, prioritize product flow, contribute to new curation scope, and collaborate on continuous catalog improvement and training.
