Welcomes residents and guests, manages gate access and registrations, provides facility tours, supports events and show nights, handles reservations and program registrations, answers phones, enforces community policies, resolves concerns, and performs light facility cleaning.

Monitor and officiate athletic events by enforcing sport rules, making impartial decisions, maintaining authority and sportsmanship, and handling ejections when necessary. The role requires running on the field, setting up and removing equipment, collecting trash, and lifting up to 15 pounds. Referees must be at least 15 years old, work at least five Saturdays during the eight-week season, make quick decisions, and may travel occasionally.

Manages community associations on behalf of boards and developers, overseeing budgets, assessments, invoices, vendors, maintenance, inspections, compliance, meetings, resident requests, violations, insurance claims, and employee performance. Ensures services comply with management agreements, governing documents, and Florida laws. Prepares reports, budgets, meeting materials, and recommendations while serving as liaison among residents, boards, contractors, legal counsel, and internal staff.
