Leads corporate shared services, including HR, IT, Sales, and Marketing, while aligning these teams with regional operations and executive leadership. Oversees team leads, translates strategy into action, manages cross-functional projects and meetings, tracks accountability, improves processes, and supports organizational effectiveness. Acts as a liaison between corporate and field operations, communicates priorities, manages stakeholders, and coordinates technology and process improvements across geographically distributed business lines.

Trains to become a Community Association Manager while supporting community management operations. Responsibilities include inspecting communities, coordinating maintenance and vendors, preparing budgets and financial reports, managing resident relations, attending board meetings, processing work orders, resolving client matters, and maintaining compliance with management contracts and Florida CAM licensing requirements.

Manage multiple homeowner associations: enforce governing documents, prepare and monitor budgets, oversee vendors and maintenance, conduct inspections, handle collections and insurance claims, prepare board packages and minutes, and ensure compliance with Florida statutes.
