Teams at Vessel Technologies

Owns end-to-end physical delivery of Vessel buildings, including manufacturing, production planning, supply chain, procurement, logistics, field execution, quality, cost, and schedule. The role leads factories, contractors, suppliers, and construction partners; builds scalable operating systems; drives continuous improvement; and develops feedback loops across Operations, Product, and Engineering. Significant travel to factories, project sites, and new markets is required.

Supports Vessel’s marketing, social media, communications, presentations, events, and content creation while managing the New York office experience. Coordinates meetings, lunches, supplies, onboarding, systems access, scheduling, logistics, and administrative needs. Proactively identifies and resolves problems, supports senior leadership, and takes ownership of new projects in a fast-moving, in-office environment.

Design and continuously improve Vessel’s productized multifamily buildings. Responsibilities include shaping layouts, circulation, accessibility, materials, fixtures, and finishes; studying resident behavior; researching and prototyping components; collaborating with engineers on manufacturability and repeatability; applying U.S. building codes; and visiting projects to improve future building generations.
