The Business Development Associate promotes Veryable's technology, conducts client consultations, manages CRM, and builds relationships to drive business growth.

Develops and grows manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain accounts in the Columbus market. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, site visits, client presentations, consultations, onboarding roadmaps, CRM management, market research, account retention, and revenue growth. The role requires daily office attendance, local business visits, collaboration with regional teams, and persuasive communication with operational decision-makers.

Build and maintain backend services and APIs for web and mobile applications. Own features throughout design, development, testing, release, and support. Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, promote test-driven development, respond to incidents, and improve distributed systems. The role requires collaboration with internal users and participation in on-call and postmortem activities. Candidates must work in-office at the company headquarters in Downtown Dallas.
