Drive business development, account retention, and revenue growth in the Tampa market by engaging manufacturing, logistics, distribution, and supply chain leaders. Conduct site visits, presentations, consultations, and client onboarding; manage CRM and outreach campaigns; build strategic partnerships; track performance metrics; research market trends; provide product feedback; and coach business development associates. This is an office-based role with local business visits under 25% of the time.

Leads backend engineering and the full software development lifecycle for web and mobile platform features. Oversees APIs, services, technical execution, agile delivery, incident response, postmortems, and remediation. The manager contributes hands-on to development, supports users, gathers feedback, mentors engineers, manages career growth, and hires backend developers. The role requires expertise in Node.js backend development, microservices, distributed and event-driven systems, CI/CD, container orchestration, and message brokers.

Build and maintain backend services and APIs for web and mobile applications. Own features through design, development, testing, release, and support; mentor junior engineers; conduct code reviews; promote TDD and automated testing; participate in on-call incident response and postmortems; and contribute to distributed systems innovation and platform improvements.
