Leads financial strategy and operations as a hands-on CFO in a private equity-backed company. Responsibilities include FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, cash flow and liquidity management, capital allocation, debt and covenant administration, lender relationships, GAAP reporting, controls, audits, tax compliance, and finance-team leadership. The CFO partners with executives, the board, investors, and department leaders to improve EBITDA, support growth, and create enterprise value.

Manage and grow channel partner relationships to drive revenue: recruit/onboard partners, train and enable them on Verve solutions, support deals through close, own pipeline, develop proposals, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet revenue goals.
